The restaurant serves Penang food without losing its original touch with splendid dining interiors.

As for the menu;

Kerabu Mangga;

..and Fried Wan Tan for the appetizer.

Its family portrait time.

Here in Penang Village, other than we walk in and eat; they are also open for various occasions, be it from wedding to corporate, with one main purpose; that is to celebrate and cherish our time together with friends, clients, and the loved ones.

We, the whole family love its quiet, cool in very neat black and white space, and peace surroundings.

Skinny B*tch.

I am naturally skinny and I have to deal with people who seems to think that he/she has the liberty to say "Lynn, you are so skinny!" with attitude of course. Some says, "Babe, you are so thin! Eat more".

I was like, "Come again? Obviously I am not interested in cannibalism".

It bothers me so much.

Assumptions have been thrown right on my face, whether I am anorexic, I am not healthy, I am not eating at all and to make me even boiled is, I am so lightweight that they can just blow me away up above the sky. Excuse me, what are you? A green-muddy grown giant?

As time flies, I learned that I had quite a big problem to properly fitting into clothes. And that somehow turns me to be so fussy and picky when buying new clothes.

I love having slander legs. I enjoy wearing skinny jeans. Not like some girls outside there who are dying to stuck their big butts and that "elephant legs" into their skinnies. But my main concern is that my arms. Long and slim. No tones at all. I think I might consider light workouts.

Another thing that I learned is that, let them talk. Its hard to shut their pathetic stink mouths. up. So, regardless to what they say, I think I want to go back to my weight gain disciplines. Its been awhile since the last time I consumed protein milk.

I did browse some of the websites, and try to confine the information gathered into a round magic crystal ball.

Golden rule is to eat food with high protein.
  • Fish (tuna, salmon)
  • Chicken (man, I have to stop not liking it)
  • Red meats (I'm loving it!)
  • Dairy products (cheese, milk and low-fat yogurt. Low fat yogurt? I was wrong)
  • Eggs
  • Soybeans
  • Tofu
Carbo Sources
  • Fruits
  • Rice
  • Cereals
  • Oatmeal
  • Pasta (Been doing it frequently)
  • Potatoes
  • Pretzels (Yummy!)
I need like 10% of fat sources
  • Olive oil
  • Peanut butter (Gonna start dipped-licking session)
  • Almonds
Snacks
  • Apple
  • Beef jerky
  • Nuts
  • Baked potato chips (I have the recipe!)

Now that I am ready to have at least 6 meals per day.

I would like to give a piece of mind.

Lets not hurt people's feeling by calling names out of their body features.

Be him so fat or skinny,

Short or tall,

Respect is the real deal darling.

Wish me luck!

p/s: Your opinions and suggestions about this topic are much appreciated.

Foundation : The Comparisons

I am quite a loyal customer to L'oreal products.

I have been using this L'oreal True Match Minerals in Nude Vanilla for over a year.

I am happy with the result as it gives full and even coverage.

Perfectly gets rid of imperfections resulting to natural look.

However, I had to be a lil bit patient as the powder can fall off the brush and straight onto clothes. I got my jeans and even my office attire not presentable with sizes of dots, smudges of the powder. I was frustrated, but for a better look, I told to myself, "Its ok darling."

I have come to an end of using the item as I feel like trying something else.

I was looking for an inexpensive drugstore foundation, and thorough research had been made on the internet.

Then Revlon ColorStay with SoftFlex caught my attention. There were many positives reviews about this product. I told myself, "Well, there is no harm trying". So I picked Warm Golden. Perfect color match to my skin.

I have to thank all the reviewers. True, it stays 6-8 hour workday. Blends so well. I was so amazed trying it for the first time, almost perfect color match!

To add more excitement, since I have an oily skin and by using the product, I don't have to blot at all! Unlike L'oreal True Match Mineral, my face was shiny by afternoon, like a grease ball to be exact!

Not only that, Revlon's does not break me out! I think I have found the right foundation.

But unfortunately, I have to agree with one issue. THE PACKAGING. Screw-top lid glass bottle. I wish for a pump application.

How I overcome this slight problem?
  • Pour a 10 cent-size amount on the back of your hand.
  • Use brush to dip the foundation to apply.
  • Small petri dish can be used to replace the back of your hand.
  • and voila!

Do you believe in power of a ring?
It symbolizes love that you conquer, your strength in commitment, and beauty that you possess.

In JewelryArtDesigns, they proudly present their unique, trendy and gorgeous collections with interesting prices.

I am so in love, and excited. I did pick a few designs that suit and best to define my taste over that small ornamental hoop that usually worn on a finger.

My very love at first sight!!
Azul Antique Classic Ring. It is so classic looking ring.
I love wearing something that appropriately screams "I am herrre darling!"
And the reason why I love this design?
The aquamarine stone to top it all. Its my birth stone!

Contemporary Cocktail.
I love something that goes with red. And when wearing it on our forth finger, it get just owh-so-lovely!

This is Gold Dimple Ring. Since stud-trend is still the in thing these days, I go ga-ga.

And also, to make it more interesting, there are many lovely designs stored as Promise Rings.

A promise ring usually to be opted when entering into a very serious commitment in relationship. The ring is meant to be a reminder for you of your commitment, to help signify your decision to change or remain devoted to another.

TR's love affair.

I had a chance to hang out with my brothers and parents last week, we went to our relative's wedding on Saturday, met my other relatives on my mom's side.

I was so exhausted as I started my day as early as 7 a.m. After I had the nasi minyak, I was already off to la-la land.

The next day, we had a lil bit more time to catch up.

Nabeel is now getting better with his guitar thingy. Everyday is his guitar and game-day. Yeah, he has another few weeks to go before going back to his boarding school in Negeri Sembilan. Shiiaannn budak kecik nieh.

I believe he is now enjoying his time to the fullest.

And this guy?
I am happy that he is now on holiday and is back with the family in Johor.
:P
Happy holiday-lah bro!

Alright, we had our dinner at Tony Roma's, Midvalley City. It is well known for their Ribs, Seafood, and Steak.

(Rib Combo Dinner) Bountiful Beef Ribs & Tony's 9 oz Sirloin with coleslaw and french fries -RM55.90.

A plateful of big beef's ribs basted with Tony Roma's sauce.

This is Grilled Lamb Chops. A good value for money, with 5 pieces of lamb chops at RM42.90 served with rice and potato.

I had Chicken Swiss Sandwich@ RM22.90. Love having them all with pickle.

Grilled chicken breast topped with cheese and crisp beef bacon on a toasted Ciabatta bun.

Served with tomato slices, Romaine lettuce, red onion rings, all dipped in bleu cheese.

And my parents shared Full Roma Rack-RM68.90.

They liked them as the ribs are quite crispy on the outside and still, the meat is soft. Came off the bones quite easily.

Too bad, I had no chance to capture the picture as they were already separated the ribs onto each other plates. :)

From my personal view, I would prefer Chili's and T.G.I.F more.

Well, whatever it is; I had fun spending time with my darling family.

Anyway, Tony Roma's is on Christmas Promotion; with varieties of desserts and drinks.

And now I have to mind my work. Its going to be 4 working days for 3 consecutive weeks, and I am loving it!

Mucho hearts!

Makan.

I warn you, its gonna be all food.

:P

Saturday started with me crashing "I love Bazaar" with FZN.

I did not buy a thing. And this brownie? FZN bought for me.

RM3, very chocolate-y, and yummy.

We stopped at the A&W, I was so thirsty, but I ended up with coney dog.
Can't resist its devil-iscious temptation.

I love the name of this waffle.
Something like, "Angkasa waffle caramelo"
Try saying it in Shin Chan's tone.
Cute right. The taste? I am caramel-fan.
Enough said.

We later headed to 3k bazaar. There were so many people And yup, I just did not know what to buy. We left the place.

As for dinner, we went to Bora Asmara. We all know about this place right?
Quiet and beautiful with its "Bali" set ups.

This is their signature drink, Asmara Saloma.
Perfect combination of orange, and watermelon, served with whipped cream.
It is ice blended based drink.

Tempe penyet.

Thai Kerabu Mango; I must say Changlun's is the best!

Seafood Tom Yam, we settled for a clear soup, less pedas as we had the sambal from the tempe penyet.

Ayam Bakar Warung served with turmeric sauce. I did not really like this as I am not familiar eating something sweet that goes with chicken.

After we were done with our dinner, we walked around the place. I think it is an ideal place for you to have a small wedding ceremony. 120 pax, and they offer RM60-80 per head.

Sunday.
I had late lunch with a friend of mine; Shikeen at Chili's Mid Valley.

She had Monterey Chicken. She was so excited to see the chicken was in a heart shape.
Babe, now that I can see. True, a cute, tasty heart shape.
:D

I chose Chicken Club Tacos. I was so fulled after finishing the first taco, and that I had to bring them back home.

Lets eat!!

We thought of continuing our "catching up" at the Starbucks, but instead we settled for the dessert. Ice cream brownie.

We stayed there for like almost 4 hours.
Tak sedar kat luar tu dah gelap. Refill air sampai kembung.

Later I accompanied FZN for dinner at Teppanyaki, Mid Valley.

And because of I was so fulled, yet I still wanted to feed myself, I ordered Salmon Sashimi.
Raw salmon fillets with lemon, dipped into their so called soy sauce and wasabi.

FZN with his cuttle fish teppanyaki.
I would prefer beef teppanyaki.

I wonder why I am always hungry these days. I feel like eating again and again.

And now that I'm craving for pavlova at Alexis.

Alahai.
