Another version of aglio olio : Shetreasures's way.

Pasta again.

Aglio olio again.

Yup,

Who says cooking pasta meal is a hassle and time consuming.

I take approximate 20 minutes.

Which is acceptable.

So why don't; instead of boiling water in a pot,

grab instant noodle (Maggi Kari);

you can try my way of aglio olio

Sumpah senang.

Spag - al dente
Olive oil, garlic finely chopped, cherry tomatoes, chili flakes.

I had extra time by experimenting something.

I love having crunchy elements in my food;
and there goes thin-sliced-crunchy-cocktail sausages.

Slice your cocktail sausages into thin slices.
And later deep-fry them.

Senang.


Stir-fry your garlic in olive oil, but don't overcook them.
Add in chili flakes and salt.

Transfer them into a big bowl,
and toss in your pasta and cherry tomatoes.

Stir gradually.

Add in lemon juice.

Walla!
