Wraps: Grilled Chicken Breast with Rocket.

Good morning!

Long weekend dah bermula.

Took extra hours before waking up.

Malas mungkin.

Started off with tea and kepala berpinar-pinar berfikir nak masak apa.

Brunch.

Managed to gather some salads, rocket, onions, cherry tomatoes.

Grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast.
Marinated them in olive oil, Italian herbs, lemon juice and chili flakes.
Wangi.

Bought wraps last night.
I was like, perfect!

FZN been guessing what I cook.
Chicken salad la, ape la.
Well, you were wrong sayang.

Found this feta cheese at Coldstorage.

Anyway, feta is traditionally made in Greece; solid soft texture but crumbly with some fissures.

Cheese in oil and Sundried tomato.

And I'm using more cheese as dressing.
